New Service procedures:
Customers needing to have services turned on in their name will need to come in to the City Hall building and fill out the appropriate applications. NO EXCEPTIONS. No new services will be turned on by phone.
Residential customers will need to come in with a valid state issued identification and proof of residency* which will include either a signed rental agreement, signed lease agreement, or proof of ownership.
Commercial customers will need to come in with a valid state issued iderntification and proof of residency* which will include either a signed rental agreement, signed lease agreement, or proof of ownership and a business license.
All services are guaranteed to be turned on in new customer’s name by the close of the following business day.NO EXCEPTIONS
Your credit will be pulled with either your social security number or your tax identification number and that will determine your deposit amount. Deposits for residential customers range from $0-$600 and deposits for commercial start at $375.00 and go up depending on the size of the business.
