Requests to have services taken out of your name:
Customers wishing to have services taken out of their name or make changes to their account must either come by in person to the City Hall building or call Customer Service at 770-385-2000. Please make sure you can verify either the account number or the account holder’s social security number when calling to make changes to the account or terminate services.
