Engineering Department
The City of Covington Engineering Department provides Civil Engineering guidance to the City Manager, other City departments, boards and commissions, and the general public concerning the planning, design, and construction of private and public works projects involving water, sewer, roads and storm drainage, to insure adherence with the appropriate standards and guidelines.
