successfully completed a specialized course in the testing and/or repair of Backflow Preventer      
Assemblies at an accredited training institute, have the proper testing equipment**and have paid an      
occupation Tax ( in the jurisdiction where their business is located ). All listed criteria shall be, and is      
kept current., This listing is provided as a public service and is Not an endorsement of any individual.     
The following individuals have requested and been authorized to only test and /or repair Backflow      
Preventer Assemblies for the city of Covington.
