To accomplish our mission, we coordinate with other city departments, boards and commissions to attract, recruit, retain, motivate, develop and reward the city’s workforce; foster equal employment opportunities for all of our citizens; maintain a safe and lawful work environment for city employees; and establish cost effective procedures.
