Responsible for operations of a large group dental practice with $48MM in annual revenues and 500 + employees in Georgia. Worked directly with the President to manage and oversee all financial and business planning activities, including:

• Direct and administer all financial plans/policies.
• Oversee business policies and practices
• Review and analyze Profit and Loss Statements upon completion
• Support and advise the President in the decision making process
• Lead and support organizational budgeting processes
• Oversee reporting and monitoring of organizational performance metrics
• Provide financial oversight and monitoring of 15 dental practices
• Ensure that relevant financial data is presented to Accounting
• Manage and oversee operations, which included working with the doctors, hygienists, office managers and staff
• Reduced cost of dental and office supplies through use of formularies and budgets
• Responsible for overall patient satisfaction and retention
• Served on many committees during tenure such as Nanston, Inc./Nanston Dental Group Board of Directors, Committee of Professional Directors
  Administer risk management and legal activities (contracts with vendors, health plans, leases, and contracts with doctors)
• Work closely with Director of IT to ensure the ongoing maintenance and updating of information systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software and any other applications necessary
• Organizational reporting and monitoring: provide guidance and leadership through management meetings and measurement reporting process
• Office management: oversee administrative functions of all dental practices to ensure smooth daily operations
• Staff liaison to the company Board Members
