The governing body of the City of Covington is the city council. This council consists of six council members and a mayor. The city council's regularly scheduled meetings are on the first and third Mondays of each month. Council meetings are held in the Council Room, inside City Hall, at 6:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend any and all council meetings. To be considered for inclusion on an upcoming agenda or for further information on city council meetings, please contact the City Clerk's office at 770-385-2000. Copies of the council meeting minutes are available at City Hall, 2194 Emory Street or they can be viewed online. |
