B. Initiate a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Sec. 16.16.020 – Use Table regarding removing the Cigar Lounge Use from the TCM zoning district and allowing Cigar Lounges in the CM zoning district a with an approved Special Use Permit. Other sections of Title 16 – Zoning may be amended as it pertains to language for the above stated uses for compliance with other ordinance regulations and public safety.
C. Discussion of Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Sec. 16.08.010 – definitions, Sec. 16.16.020 – Use Table regarding Data Centers and Chapter 16.20 Supplemental Use Provisions. Other sections of Title 16 – Zoning may be amended as it pertains to language for the above stated use for compliance with other ordinance regulations and public safety.
