B. Initiate a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Sec. 16.16.190 – Special Events, Sec. 16.20.720 – Temporary Commercial Use (retail), Sec. 16.08.010 – definitions, and Sec. 16.16.020 – Use Table regarding the temporary use of properties for the issuance of temporary commercial and special event permits to allow limited-duration commercial activities and organized events not otherwise permitted by zoning regulations. Other sections of Title 16 – Zoning may be amended as it pertains to language for the above stated uses for compliance with other ordinance regulations and public safety.
