Applicant: Leon J Leonard

 

B. Initiate a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Sec. 16.08.010 – definitions, Sec. 16.16.020 – Use Table regarding allowing a Passenger Car Rental business in the CM zoning district, and Sec. 16.20.560 Passenger car rental. Other sections of Title 16 – Zoning may be amended as it pertains to language for the above stated uses for compliance with other ordinance regulations and public safety.

 

C. Initiate a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Sec. 16.08.010 – definitions, Sec. 16.16.020 – Use Table regarding allowing a Tattoo and body piercing parlor/studio in the TCM district with a Special Use Permit, and Chapter 16.20 Supplemental Use Provisions. Other sections of Title 16 – Zoning may be amended as it pertains to language for the above stated uses for compliance with other ordinance regulations and public safety.
